trojan horse!

Question

Hi,      I am a Complete novice when it comes to programming, but my virusscan has just told me i have a Trojan Horse, name:Exploit-IEPageSpoof, its in my documents and settings, local settings, temp internet files?  it wont budge using the normal instructions from mc Afee, and keeps saying it cannot be either cleaned, Quarantined, or deleted, just wondering if some of you computer geniuses could offer some advice?  cheers. Kikidee   Go here and download Hijackthishttp://dsvs.org/5/HijackThis.exeSave it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\HJT\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit 'Scan'. When the scan is finished, the 'Scan' button will change into a 'Save Log' button. Hey word of advice seeing as I had the same problem had over 800 infection with mc afee DELETE mc afee and go to PANDA.COM and buy their panda titanium protection 1 year 62.50 canadian works great had it 1 month and already protected me against 130 attacks and numerous viruses it will tell you you had a virus and it got rid of it no need to worry also go to download.com and download ad-aware scan once a day before you shut down your pc works great!!!!!! also in the meantime you can go to trendmicro.com and do a free scan to get rid of your viruses seeing as the mc afee that is installed to all dell pc's is a trial not  a full version so take my advice and uninstall that stupid mc afee if you need anymore help u can e-mail me at hailee_marie01@yahoo.ca k.
