you should try to find the exact file or folder that was identified and try to disable it and if that doesnt work delete it, if that doesnt work try using Xoftspy an anti spyware program that will identify it and destroy it...you should be satisfied with Xoftspy, it identifies spyware that other spyware programs donot identify...best of luck...tell me if u resolve the issue!

yrs2791, please be aware that crystal17 is not listed as a graduate of the malware removal schools that we contacted. It is understood that once a helper replies to a log, he continues working with you until the issue is resolved.

You have some choices:

1. You can, at risk, continue working with the person who has taken ownership of this thread.

2. You can repost your log as a New Message, and wait for a trained analyst to reply.
