Try scanning with avg anti spyware in safe mode.

You can also try trojan hunter.

Also sometimes a virus will disable an onboard av, so I do a monthly scan online just in case, like Trend Housecall http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

If that doesn't work, the pop over to the HiJackThis board and post a log. Start off reading this.

The experts there will get rid of it for you.

I'll try this one. The other links that I received for the virus wouldn't work. My computer would not let me download them. Also now when I logon it sounds like my computer is connected to the internet and I'm listening to an online radio show. Even when I wasn't connected. I tried disabling my virus scan, and downloading but all I get is a noise like an error.
Thanks for your help!
This is absolutely sickening, to think that I may not be able to get this thing off of my computer. I'm afraid to even turn it on.
