Added: The latest CWShredder has been updated so the following registry fix might NOT be necessary. Use the updated CWShredder and see if the infection is removed. (Link below for cwshredder)
Open Notepad. Copy the following contents between the lines. Name the file rid.reg Save as All files in a place you know. Double click on rid.reg to enter in to the registry.
Then Reboot. Total Restart is required. Not just a logoff and back on.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager]
"PendingFileRenameOperations"=hex(7):5c,00,3f,00,3f,00,5c,00,43,00,3a,00,5c,00,\
77,00,69,00,6e,00,64,00,6f,00,77,00,73,00,5c,00,73,00,79,00,73,00,74,00,65,\
00,6d,00,33,00,32,00,5c,00,6d,00,73,00,63,00,6f,00,6e,00,66,00,64,00,2e,00,\
64,00,6c,00,6c,00,00,00,00,00,00,00
Download then unzip and run CWShredder to clean up clicking Next to have it remove all it finds.

Check with HijackThis to see if it is gone now but post a log here to be sure.

Tick these in hihackthis, and WITH ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, fix ticked.
F1 - win.ini: run=c:\windows\system32\sysint16.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [XXXmovie_ch] C:\Program Files\SCom\Dialers\XXXmovie_ch\XXXmovie_ch.exe /dontdial
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Sysint16] c:\windows\system32\sysint16.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [quicken] C:\WINDOWS\quicken.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [editpad] C:\WINDOWS\editpad.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Sysint16] c:\windows\system32\sysint16.exe
Don't like the look of this one, but not being in english, my tools will not help us. If you can safely say that it is from a pure source, then leave, but otherwise, tick to remove.
O4 - Startup: Kachel-Man.lnk = C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Pit\Lokale Einstellungen\Temp\Kachel.exe
Then reboot to safe mode and delete those files
C:\Program Files\SCom\Dialers\XXXmovie_ch\XXXmovie_ch.exe /dontdial
c:\windows\system32\sysint16.exe
C:\WINDOWS\quicken.exe
C:\WINDOWS\editpad.exe
And if ticked that folder
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Pit\Lokale Einstellungen\Temp\
Then reboot and install these programs to help stop you getting reinfected
From links on my website (link below-malware section)
Spywareblaster
spywareguard
and ie-spyad from http://www.staff.uiuc.edu/~ehowes/resource.htm
Then reboot and post a fresh log for me to check.
Please be aware that after the ie-spyad install, hijackthis will take a lot longer to scan.

Start taskmanager, by Ctrl/alt/del and stop this process from running:-
C:\windows\system32\sysint16.exe
Then delete that file, in windows explorer, youmight need to right click and change its properties (hidden, system, read only etc)
and fix this line in hijackthis.
F1 - win.ini: run=c:\windows\system32\sysint16.exe
Then reboot an post a fresh log.
