Troj_vundo.bsk virus issue log

Whenever the laptop is booted up I get the message "incident name: c:\users\welsh\appdata\local\temp\hvnakbrr.dll" and can't find it anywhere to delete it.  also detection name is Troj_Vundo.bsk          

when you try to close this, it just pops up again.  Am unable to get on the internet also with this, it won't work wirelessly or thru an ethernet cable as well.  Below is the log for this item.  Thank you
