Trouble with Flash

Question

I just tried out a spyware program called Spyware Blaster. It blocked mainly the annoying ads (and other videos that need flash to work). I uninstalled it, because it was blocking some website material that i want to view.   I still cannot get the flash player to work. I try to download it and nothing happens. Anyone use Spyware Blaster and have this same problem? I dont mind spyare blockers, but this one block everything, even stuff that was not considered spyware.   I am running Internet Explorer 7 with Windows XP SP3. I have Windows Live OneCare for my Antivirus.   Any help would be great.

hi,   Open SpywareBlaster go tools > flash killer.   ensure Disable and block macromedia flash in internet explorer isn't checked.   If your still having problems chances are it's not related to spywareblaster.   Hope this helps:smileywink:

Solved the problem. I just had to do a 'master reset' of all setting of IE 7. Everything works now.   To do that i went to the Tools>Internet options>Advanced tab>Reset.

This does sound like a problem due to SpywareBlaster. Try here for a possible solution.
