" I have called your customer service and..."

Wliat:   please be advised this is simply a peer-to-peer (user-to-user) forum, and not a connection to any official entity of DELL's.   It's certainly possible that someone here [who has experienced a similar problem] may be able to help you resolve your problem.   But if so, that will be an individual's personal response, and not one from DELL itself [unless the response happens to come from a "Moderator", or someone who indicates they're working for DELL].   Just wanting to set the record straight here.

I am not familiar with these preinstalled products or their trial periods...can't tell from your post if you have a longer subscription or not...perhaps your McAfee is only good for 30 days. At any rate, go here to find your service tag...the link will scan your computer and give you your service tag number.

This appears to be a McAfee issue rather than Dell's. Once you have the service tag go to McAfee Support and see if they can help you. Good luck.
