Comment: Looks like a rescue tool similar to McAfee's Stinger. While providing no real-time protection, it might be worth downloading, for a second on-demand opinion. Avira certainly has a reputation for consistently high detection rates. With this, however, comes an increased risk of deleting (or even quarantining) a false positive. Before doing so, I would research any files this tool detects, (or ask about them in this board, before taking action).
