Virus detection through Housecall ...

Virus detection through Housecall has found numerous viruses--most are TROJ SWIZZOR, TROJ LOP, and one BKDR RULEDOR.E  Should I delete these viruses or will this damage and delete major files on my computer?  Any advice before I proceed?

shoch,

Just seen them here. Most of those are either in your system restore folder, or in a temporary folder. By flushing your system restores points and running "Disk Cleanup" we should be able to remove most of them.

Can I delete these on the Housecall site--or should I just run DISk cleanup utility from my start program--or should I do both!!!??  Sorry to be a nuisance!

shoch,

First, reboot into "Safe Mode", then try running "Disk Cleanup"; check(tick) everything and allow it to remove whatever it can. When it's done, try running HouseCall again, and post back the results.
