virus found laptop dead
Anyone heard of
katch em kill em?
a.exe
Someone played around with my notebook, and now it won't do anything.............
Evidently there are idiots out there who have nothing better to do with their time than
make things harder on the rest of us..............
I don't even have the search option anymore..............
Anyone have any ideas?

load windows in safe mode and do a system restore to like 2 weeks back. hopefully it will work

o boy.
not sure what model laptop u have. there is a way to hit i think f11 i think when u see the dell logo at boot. you can choose system restore before windows even starts. this might even restore windows to when u first got the system. im not really sure on it. its worth a shot

it won't let me do anything.
it keeps saying task manager has been disabled by your administrator.

Everything is working........... They actually had their own log in on my notebook. (Inspiron 5150)
