Virus in My Computer

Hello,
 
I  am having problem in my laptop (Dell Inspiron 6000) with Windows home addition SP2.
Kaspersky anti-virus (v 6.0.2.621) is presently installed on my computer.
 
while i try to open the 'task manager' i get the message "the task manager has been disabled by your administartor", whereas i am the administartor. moreover in the my computer menu in tools option i dont get the 'Folder Options' option .
can anybody help me how to get rid of it.

Try running your AV and avg anti spyware in safe mode.

I cant remember if just the A/V has the proactive defense module like KIS but if it does there is a task manager protection module in the application activity analyzer.Some users have had the same problem.I believe your problem could be resolved by updating to version 7.0.0.125.
