Virus Message - MALWARE - IE REDIRECT

I all of a sudden get redirected to syssecuritysite.com in IE - I change it back to my home page and go back to IE and still get redirected...

 

I also now have an icon in my tray that keep flashing saying I have a virus...

 

I have run norton - nothing found...

 

I have run anti-spyware - it finds a trojan - says it deleted it - I run anti-spyware again - and it's back!

 

How do I get rid of this?

 

The virus alert message says to run anti-malware which they want to sell me...
