Virus??

Question

I'm not sure what the problem is , but my desktop was covered by an ad , now it's just a white screen that flickers gray that covers my desktop background . I ran  Norton anti virus and adware removal programs , but it's still there  . Has anyone ever heard of something like this?

Please run these 2 Online scans 1) TrendMicro 2) eTrust AV web scanner and let us know what they find.Please post the name of the viruses they find
