Visual C++ Runtime Library Error Help Please

Question

Only one out of three personal settings affected and I can't seem to get rid of it.  It reads  Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library- Runtime Error-Program:C:\Program Files\Earthlink Total Access\Task Panl.exe, abnormal program termination.  Have downloaded a couple of fixes from Microsoft but of no use.  Deleted personal setting and started new one, also of no use.  Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated!!  Thanks

I'm still having the same problem and no help yet.  I would really like some help with this problem.  Can't anyone help please?

Sorry, don't know, I read all the threads in this board, but don't respond (like most forum regulars) to those I don't know the answer too.

Try a post in the windows XP board. It does not sound like a malware problem, and the experts on that board may know an answer to your problem.
