webspry removal?

When I open internet explorer the homepage is set to www.webspry.com.  (I don't suggest clicking on the site-I don't know if it'll do the same to your page) I have tried clicking on the 'remove' button at the bottom of the screen, searching online, etc. and I can't figure out how to get it off my computer.  I found a similar problem someone had posted and tried the response on my own computer, but it didn't work.  When I open up Explorer, it looks like a search page.  If I type in something into the search bar on that page, internet explorer closes down all together.  I have McAfee on my computer now and I downloaded plenty of SpyBlaster-type programs to try and detect this 'webspry,' but nothing has worked. I'm not wonderful with computers so I'm kind of going out of my mind trying to figure out how to get this thing off...I've had two people try and help me, no one can figure it out. I'd appreciate it if someone out there could.  Thanks!
