I was thinking more along the lines of malware, not registration. For example, assuming no spoofing, "ibm.net", or "apple.com" are known reliable sites. Where I might question anything from "got.you.ru"

That one seems like a brand new startup. No info on google, has no history.
The page istself did not trigger any alarms on my software when I went there.
I would say to early to tell, with that one.
