What is viewpoint experience technology

Question

From what i have read this is spywear which is bundled with aol softwear,how do i get rid of it? have tryed and it keeps coming back,any help would be great.                                           Thanks

Also in the 2010 the plugin for Firefox of the Viewpoint was blocked: bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi(I am here searchin for this isssue and this thread was the firs result of Google :D )
