What should I do with this?

I ran Spybot Search and Destroy and I got this:

 

          Windows.ActiveDesktop

                      user settings

                     HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1333172798-2757467075-1006\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop  (they didn't show the rest if there were more)

 

Spybot listed this as a Registry Change

 

Any help on whether or not I should delete this will be honored.
