What to do with mystery program

Question

Using mcafee internet security suite, I did a scan for spyware/malware and came across one program in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\PROCESS.exe by the name of PrcViewer. I want to know if this program presents any kind of threat?

PrcView is a process viewer utility that displays detailed information about processes running under Windows. For each process it displays memory, threads and module usage. For each DLL it shows full path and version information. PrcView comes with a command line version that allows you to write scripts to check if a process is running, kill it, etc. '

Not for nothing but i would consider getting rid of Mcafee and trying something else that might work out a little better for you.You seem to spend alot of time on these boards with that Mcafee on your system.

I see your concern about me, but I would prefer to keep mcafee because I'm familar with it. I'm in the process of taking out all the kinks on my computer because I have had it since 2003 and I wouldn't be surprised if I had anything wrong. My computer is still useable with no serious problems, but the machine isn't brand new.
