What to do with this log file

What is needed to help me on this log file of high jack this.I have tried to remoe the search mall but cannot get it done.Please help me out!

Joe,
Hello! and welcome to the DELL forums.
 
Copy this to a notepad file
 


Go to www.trendmicro.com, and then:
 
1.  Click " Free Online Scan".
2.  Click " Scan now, it's free".
 
It'll take a few minutes to download (especially with a dialup connection), so be patient. When it's down:
 
1.  Select all available drives.
2.  Check(tick) " Auto Clean".
3.  Click " Scan".
 
When it completes, post back the full filename of any files that cannot be cleaned or deleted.
 
Put Hijackthis into its own folder something like C:\HJT so it can make backups
 


Run HiJackThis and click " Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

Now, with all windows closed except HiJackThis, click " Fix checked".
 
You are also running two Antiuvirus softwares from what I can see:
 
Mcafee
Norton
 
This is not adviseable as they can conflict please disable one of them and only use it as a backup
 


Post back a new log, and let me know how everything goes.

I ran the trendmicro scan and the HJT scan and removed the 4 items.Will this remove the search mall?
