why is my computer locked?!?! -Help...
Every time my laptop goes into sleep mode or I turn it off, then when I revive it or turn it back on, I get a little box saying that the computer is locked and only the administrator can unlock it.
It's not a big deal since I just use my regular password and it unlocks like normal, but I wish it would be the regular sign on screen, like normal.
Any ideas on why it gets locked, and how to fix this issue? Thanks.

You have the password protect enabled, which overrides the logon icon.
Restart - tap F12 key - settings - find password - see if it's enabled. user choice, if you keep it enabled then it's operating as it should. If you don't want this then disable it.

If I disable it, will I still get the regular login/sign-on screen like normal? Becuase I want to keep it password protected in the sense that I type my password into the blue, cutesy login screen, I just don't like this message I've been getting about my computer being locked. I want to unlock the computer, but still keep the password feature.
So now that there's a little context, should I still disable the password protect?
Thanks

Yes you can do that, disable password in setups I explained in the previous post.
Then go to start - control panel - user accounts -
click your account and it will give you the option your after
