This is a known issue if you have the Creative Audigy 2 sound card.
They have a patch that was issued on 4/2/2004 that will fix this issue.
Click on the Downloads Tab
1. In the "Select the Download catagory" choose "Audio Drivers"
2. In the "Select an Operating System" choose which ever operating system your PC is using.
3. Under the Language heading... Select the language that you use.
Click on "GO"
On the next screen.... click on the link titled: Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2 (D)
On the next screen.... click on the link titled: Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy 2 (D), v.RC1, A01
On the next screen.... click on the link titled: R75304.EXE
Now click on which link that you want to download the patch from, then follow the written instructions below the link on how to install the patch.
