Win32/Stration.gen!dll.e

Question

The pc was infected with the above ref virus. I have 'cleaned' the computer with the Onecare program but it wasn't removed entirely from the computer.  How do I get rid of it entirely??

That took me to some pc tools/spyware website where I downloaded the program.  It found 161 'infections' (most of them cookies) but the of course one has to purchase a full version to remove the Win32/Stration thing.   If anyone could offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated
