Right click on My Computer and select Properties. Open the Advanced tab. Under the Startup and Recovery section, select Settings. Under System Failure, remove the check from Automatically restart.
i have this same problem...i suppose it is virus/worm related but i can't get the computer past start-up as it always reboots itself. Any help out there?
When the rebooting happens, the blue screen with error message does not stay up long enough to see. I have restarted in Safe Mode and changed the Remore procedure Properties (checked "Take No Action"). Even this does not stop it from rebooting.

Write down the error and post. Can't tell what exactly the problem is w/o knowing some more about it.
