windows bxe error

can some one help me. i dont know whta this new thing is on my computer. it keeps coming up every time i am on the computer and it states; windows bxe error and closes all my internet pages that i have up...is this some typr of virus? i went to hijack this and it told me to paste this log of the files on my computer. can some one tell me how to fix this problem. on windows vista.                   Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2
