I downloading VundoFix and used it. I also ran hijackthis and checked off the boxes pertaining to both "msevents object" and "winlogon notify."
I reran the hijackthis program, and noticed that the files still appear to be there... perhaps the vundofix didn't download properly because of norton? I'm not sure. see below.

Looks like the VundoFix successfully removed the bad WinFixer/Vundo file [after you disabled Norton]... have you noticed any difference in terms of WinFixer popups?
At this point, I'm gonna ask someone else to step-in, to determine additional problems (if any) that you might have. please be patient.
Sorry for so many posts! I redownloaded vundofix and made sure that norton was turned off. From there i followed the same procedure. This was result. I think that it worked. Can you please verify?

How do I move the HiJackThis file directly into the C drive, and out of the "temp" file? I'm not all that great with computers, and tried this by moving the HiJackThis folder into the C drive.
