WinFixer Attack - HJT Log attached - Please Help

Hi,

 

My internet explorer is giving problem and popup messges come with WinFixer 2005 ad.  the problems with interner explorer keep changing.  first it will close with 'interner explorer has encountered a problem.. '.  It showed a problem with a yahoo messenger dll and I uninstalled and reinstalled Yahoo Messenger. Now whenever I open a new window, the old window closes. 

 

I never installed WinFixer by myself, but learned from a little research that Winfixer installs itself and is very malicious.  I ran the HJT software and generated the log file.  Please guide me on how to uninstall WinFixer.
