Approach #1: Symantec has just released a new/updated version of the FixVundo removal tool. (If you had already tried an older version, you'll need to download the newer one).
follow the info here:
http://forums.us.dell.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=si_hijack&message.id=17240
if the Winfixer popups seem to stop, then post your follow-up log, appending it to this same thread, and do NOT try approach #2.
but if the Winfixer popups continue, then you should try Approach #2:
Approach #2:
based on the line:
O2 - BHO: MSEvents Object - {6DD0BC06-4719-4BA3-BEBC-FBAE6A448152} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\geebb.dll
http://forums.us.dell.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=si_hijack&message.id=16923#M16923
when you're done, append a copy of your NEW HJT log to this thread.
Please let us know which approach, if either, worked for you.
