you should only present LUNs to multiple hosts if this some sort of cluster (ESX, Microsoft Failover Clustering ..etc)

tdubb please go back and close the threads you opened previously.

host can only belong to one storage group, LUNs can be added to multiple storage groups.

but got this warning

LUN 79 is already contained in a storage group.

Adding a LUN to multiple storage groups is not a recommended configuration because this will allow multiple hosts to have simultaneous access to the LUN.
