I want to update my vnx 5300 Disks.last week I updated OE version to 221.disks vendors are different.some of them Hitachi and the others are seagate.I want to know:

1-Where can I download latest firmware?(I don't have power link account and not a EMc Partner)

2-Is Disk Firmware update Process Online or should be done Offline?
