the disk upgrade is done using the USM (Unisphere Service Manager). USM will download the correct disk firmware. There is no external link for the disk firmware.

USM will indicate if the disk firmware is on-line of off-line. I believe that all disk firmware upgrades are now on-line, but I can't be sure about all of them.

1-Is disk Firmware Update process a risky Process?

2-Is there a link to read about new version change?

My disk have ES0F firmware version.now ES13 version is available.where I can see the changes in this version?

Not if there are no existing errors on the array. You should always have a current backup just in case. There is a slight risk of a disk failing if the disk is marginal.

2-Is there a link to read about new version change?


Not that I'm aware of - disk firmware updates are usually to correct issues found, but as far as I know there are no release notes for disk firmware changes.
