Files and Folder getting Deleted

Hi All, We have a EMC VNXe 3300 box where our file server (NAS) is hosted using CAVA and McAfee for virus protection. We had an issue where CAVA was not communicating with AV hence it was reconfigured which went well and we were able to successfully establish the connection however after that we are having issues where the entire folder and its content is getting deleted as we double click on the folder. We have restored the folder from Backup status remains the same. CAVA has been disabled and all AV agent on the scanner server has been uninstalled but the problem still persists. Please open a service request for that The VNXe NEVER deletes files itself – only the external AV server or a client would do that
