First access to VNXe

Hi all, I have an EMC VNXe3100 storage that has already been configured but it is no longer used, I forgot my username, password and access ip, I would like to use this storage again but I can not access it to configure it, I wonder if has to reset with access to the configuration console itself without knowing the IP, I already used the VNX Connection Utility but without success, I do not know if I'm doing something wrong.
