I got the requirement which may seems to be dumb thing to do, But due to some logistic difficulties we were left with the only option.

We have the current setup as shown in below figure.

Old Inventory   : PROD, DR1  (Will be decommed once we complete the cutover)

New Inventory : DR2, DR3      (DR2 is new DR Device, DR3 is new PROD Device)

You may ask why not you copying the DATA from old PROD (PROD) to new PROD (DR3), The answer is we don't have network connectivity between them.

So what we are planning to do is get the green zone and do the cutover between each pair at a time until the DR3 is in sync with PROD.

my question is, are there any baseline checkpoints or other dependencies that may  prevent us from doing this kind of continuous cutovers between two pairs at a time??
