Dear All,

I am not able to register Linux  unisphere  host into the EMC VNX 5100 disk array after changing agent  binding to other port (and IP) on host.

After the change:

root> cat agentID.txt

tec-live-br1-ithrk5brsr1

10.119.242.250

root@ithrk5brsr1 # find / -name HostIdFile.txt

/var/log/HostIdFile.txt

After this change host is still not registered within the array.

Is it possible to debug agent on hosts side?

I used following debug options, but I did not notice any specific trace/debug output.

root> /opt/Unisphere/bin/hostagent -d 0 -l 0 -r /root/ -f /advdata/networker/nsradv/agent.config
