Snapsure & V2 replicator are licensed on VNX 7600, But on VNX 7500 - Source array has only V2 Replicator enabled.

check the interfaces
ping and server_ping both directions
look at the data mover log with server_log
see CLI command reference manual
SnapSure should be no charge - I would suggest to enable it via UniSphere
