Hi,

yesterday, i've tried installing a new update on our EMC, unfortunately the update failed with the following error message:

The system encountered an unexpected error while upgrading the software. Reboot your Primary storage processor and try upgrading again. Check System > Logs for related messages. (Error Code: 0x6000cb9)

Reboot of SP did not help. What am i doing wrong?
