dell vostro 260 unknown problem

I was moving my pc, so i could take a cable out from behind,  the monitor turns off, my computer starts beeping, the power light flashes orange, after restarting twice it turns on with no signal. However i was cleaning the top of my pc with a slightly damp sponge, clould this be the problem?
