Good thing you asked, as sometimes it slips my mind.
You will need a 24-pin to 8-pin adapter. 24-pin to 8-pin adapters on Amazon I noticed that other Dell models are listed with the adapters' descriptions. The PSU's the Vostro 3670 takes are also used in some Optiplex's and Precision's. In other words, the adapter should work. 8-pin is proprietary to Dell. Aftermarket PSU's come with 24-pin connection.
As for the other 4-pin connection the MB takes, the PSU should already have that.
If you can't use the Amazon link since you're in another country, just Google the adapter.

Dell Vostro 3670 Setup and specifications guide
The 3670 comes with either 290w or 365w PSU. Were you looking to install a GPU card?

Ok = Vostro 3670 365w PSU GTX 1060 = 120w, so I'm not as confident about a 365w PSU.
Much better = 400w-450w EVGA BR PSU EVGA BR 450w PSU Walmart.com

Yes. Other good name brands are Thermaltake, Corsair, and Cooler Master just to name a few.
Some name brand PSU's Keep in mind not all brands on that linked list may be considered good. Check reviews before buying and get a good warranty.
