Bad plastics in VOSTRO REFUSING WARRANTY AT ANY problem !!!

Hi,
I have the same problem with this computer as everyone

bad plastic , and the monitor plastics breaks when opening monitor.
We bought 13 computers from this series and all of them having the same problem.
Dell refused to fix it on warranty ...
Despite its a building defect and not incorrect use of laptop we decided to fix it alone.
Now one of computers has a malfunction in mother board , I am a pc technician 20 years and i cheeked the computer and there is no connection between the plastic problem and the mother board problem , YET dell refusing to fix the computer under warranty !!!!!!

We had a very similar situation to yours where they refused warranty on a Pro device due to minor scuffs on touchpad and bottom panel.
We had such a hard time and the situation left a bitter taste so much so that we stopped putting money into this company.
Dell is simply no longer the company it used to be.
With so many devices, it’s simply not scalable to spend so much time with "support" only to run around in circles.
