Bulging Keyboard Surface

I just bought a Vostro 5502 laptop from FPT company in Vietnam market, but after a week of use, I discovered that the key surface has a bulging wall near the hinge. I don't know if this is a manufacturer's fault or the structure of the machine. I usually use a separate keyboard so physical action from me is not possible.
