Damaged sealing
Having purchased a Vostro 7590 , after 4 days which UPS was unable to find my address ,Eventually received the package , the sealing on the box was a normal tape with no any printed text showing being genuine or not ,,and when I contacted the customer service he didn’t have any idea about what looks like the sealing is , plus having some scratches and tears on it , I attached the photo of it as well. ,,,,retured.

Contact Dell before returning a computer and receiving return label or you might still be charged. There is no special sealing tape. If the computer works fine, you will incur a restocking fee. Complain to UPS about the handling of the package and report problem to Dell. This is a user to user forum, not Dell support.
We users cannot see the photo until approved by mods. If only the box is scratched check the contents. The computer is well packed and might be fine.

"There is no special sealing tape" ! . I believed there should be minimum standard in delivery policies to protect customer rights and reduce the occurrence of fraud and damage during delivery.
