Dell Laptop Quality Falling over last years

To whom my concern,

My desire is to submit a legal complaint against DELL because of the poor quality of their products.

Just to put an example, during the last years, we purchased tens of DELL laptops due to the covid19 pandemic situation.

The experience ended with many of those laptops failing, not only in terms of hardware but in terms of material durability.

Incredible but not impossible, I have at least 5 laptops with the exact same issue. All of them have part of the cover broken. Concretely, the part that subjects the cover with the rest of the laptop is broken, causing the cover to starts opening and you can't close the laptop anymore.

Some of them were purchased in the same order so I guess is a manufacturing issue. Of course, it happened just after the first year warranty expired.

We ended up deciding not to purchase DELL anymore and I would really like to have someone from DELL take care of our situation, evaluating the damages and taking the considered action required.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Dears,

I replied you and the only confirmation I have is that all of them are without warranty, however, them are <2 years since purchased.

Another one broken in the same place...DELL this in unbelievable!
