Dell-Update-Windows-Universal-Application_RVGVG_WIN_5.0.0_A00.EXE wont install

Dell-Update-Windows-Universal-Application_RVGVG_WIN_5.0.0_A00.EXE wont install despite being recommended by Dell, I contacted support but as the PC is over 4 years ,they won't respond,only out since March '23 , with no option to renew.
