You are installing the wrong drivers. Dell customizes all laptop drivers and updates from all manufacturers-AMD, Intel, etc. so they work on the Dell motherboard. Get all drivers from your Dell driver downloads page

i am under warranty. I update using the Dell Driver updates application and Win 11 updates. Using both are a mess and one overwrites the other. Also, the AMD support page is not helpful and don't provide adequate information.

Really dont know if its OS issue or Driver issue or something else.
