dell vostro 3560 USB not working

Question

actually my laptop has 4 USB , in that 4 USB port not working, only HDMI port and SD card port is working. i have a External hard disk drive, how can i connect to my laptop, any solution please suggest, it will be helpful.

Pen drive or external hard disk is not working through usb ports in my laptop. Means like if in hdmi port, can I connect hdmi to usb converter or cable? If any conversion cable like hdmi to usb is available in market?

Other ports like hdmi, VGA , SD card , dvd drive . All are working fine except usb's .

I tried uninstalling usb root Hub in system manager, but after that also it is not working.

I am not hiding anything. It suddenly happened.

There is no such thing as a HDMI to USB adapter.

There are USB to HDMI adapters which in your case would be useless since your USB ports do not work.

It is highly irregular that all USB ports do not work.

I suspect that you did something you are not telling us.
