Dell Vostro 3910
I just received 3 Dell Vostro 3910 with the following spec: 1TB HDD i5 12 gen processing 2.5ghz 4GB ram Usually other brands work well with this spec, no software installed. It has taken me 4 hours to setup the computer (just adding it to the domain) I have stopped in the process because the PC is unbelievably slow, opening file explorer takes 2 minutes. What is happening it cannot be the spec nothing have been installed (use is for general admin staff, one only adds the PC to the domain, install antivirus, activate office 365, OneDrive, email) no heavy use at all...but I can't even do those things.

Nothing running Windows 10 or 11 is going to perform well in 4G with a spinning hard drive. It needs at least another 4G and a native solid state drive to run anywhere near acceptably.
That hardware configuration may have worked with Windows 7 -- it won't with 10 or 11.
It isn't clear where you purchased a system configured this way -- in the US, the base configuration for this model has 8G and a 256G SSD.
