Faulty Dell Vostro product

I am writing this email to explain to you my problem. I purchased the Dell Vostro 3501  on April 22, 2021 from a Dell Authorised Dealer named Dell Premier in Kochar Market, Ludhiana. There was no reminder either from Dell's side or from the dealer's side for the extension of warranty before the expiry of the warranty period. My Dell Laptop suddenly stopped working and has not turned on since August 20th, 2022. As per my communication to the Dell Technical team, they said there is a problem in the motherboard of the system which needs to be replaced and will cost me Rs. 10,242.40 as my product is out of warranty . If I had known this was going to happen so soon after purchasing the laptop, I would not have purchased it or taken the extended warranty.

I purchased it 16 months ago for Rs. 41,000/-on the basis of Dell's reputation in the market, and now there is such a defect which is costing me Rs. 10,242.40.
Now I want to ask you, what is my fault in this case?
I think choosing Dell was my fault. It cost me Rs. 41,000 at the time of purchase, and now if I want it to be in working condition, I also need to spend Rs. 10,242.40, totalling Rs. 51,242.40 to run the laptop after 16 months of purchasing it.

I am very disappointed with the after-sale service provided by Dell and the dealer from which I bought my laptop. Please provide a solution for the same, as the fault in the motherboard cannot occur with normal use of a laptop.
