Forgot Login Password

If you are asking about the system/BIOS password then you will have to contact Dell tech support and they will help you access the system. But there is a charge for an out of warranty laptop. If in regards to the Windows password then there is a free program from Lazesoft available here. That would be Recover My Password and it works like a charm, as I have used it before with great results.

@JOcean​ thank you for your answer. To clarify my first question, it is about laptop login password when I open my laptop and got to the login stage. Please excuse my lack of technical jargons since I am not familiar with computer and IT. I was asking whether the laptop login password on dell login page as a security (not BIOS or admin passwords) requires to have a mix of capital letters and special characters. Would you know anything regarding to this? Since just knowing this would reduce the scope of possible password combo which i have forgotten. 

Thank you about the suggestion of using Lazesoft software. I looked into it and found that it mentions about BIOS password recovery. Would it also work for laptop login password recovery?

@Kaminay​ I have used Lazesoft only for Windows password recovery and never for BIOS passwords. It is very easy to use and with it you can delete passwords, access Windows, and create a new password.

Lazesoft can be used for bios password?

@Aronno​ No, that program is for Windows password recovery. If you do not know the BIOS password for a Dell laptop then you must contact Dell tech support and they can assist you. If the laptop is out of warranty there will be a charge.
