Goodix-Fingerprint-Sensor Vostro 5490
340-CNBO : Palmrest with No finger Print Reader for backlight Keyboard
I encounter the same problem with the fingerprint configuration, when I install the Goodix-Fingerprint-Sensor-Driver_N7N2X_WIN64_3.10.30.110_A04_03.EXE driver. tells me that it does not support with the following error message (The update installer operation is unsuccessful.). It may be something from Bios and it doesn't work. By the way I have all the drivers up to date including bios.
How can this situation be resolved. I have a latitude 13 2-1 generation 2018 and it works flawlessly.
