Hard drive = not installed

I am really tired of dell support because it s not helping at all and i don't have time to bring it to a Dell shop for checkup, so i will try to explain my problem and hopefully someone will help. 

Read Before Comment: 

- I already run a checkup doing BIOS > Check Up and it show that everything is fine. 
- My laptop is and vostro 3501  version BD 2.55- Windows 10 

The Problem

Randomly, when i am working, it s appearing the blue screen than rebooting than the message that hard drive is not installed. 

I click continue, it s shutting down, i am turning it on and it back to work. 

There's no pattern, it s completely random.
